When using Clippero to enter a challenge, you might come across issues trying to upload a video.
If you're not able to upload your video, try these pointers:
Tip #1: Be sure to use Google Chrome browser
If you're using a computer to enter your challenge, be sure to use the Google Chrome browser. Using Clippero on older browsers like Internet Explorer will cause issues. You can download Google Chrome here: https://www.google.com/intl/en_au/chrome/
Tip #2: Ensure your video file is under 500mb in size
We have a limit of 500mb per video file. Ensure your video file is under this size before you upload. If your file is too large, you can export the file to a lower file size from most media players - just Google search how to do this using your computer's media player.
Tip #3: Ensure the video file is on your desktop when uploading from a computer
A common mistake is having the video stored on an application like Photos. You'll want to ensure the video file is on your Desktop so you can select it in the file upload dialogue.
Tip #4: Try entering from your phone
If you're unable to upload from your computer, try uploading from your phone.
