How your participants can enter your challenge

Once your challenge is created, you can start promoting your challenge to participants.

We recommend putting your Clippero profile link (e.g. www.clippero.com/surfingnsw) in your Instagram bio to make it easier for particpants to reach your challenge.

Alternatively, participants can find your challenges by going to www.clippero.com and using the search field to search by challenge name or your host profile name.

 

Here's how your participants can enter:

1. Go to your Clippero profile link (e.g. www.clippero.com/surfingnsw), or search via www.clippero.com, or directly to your website if you've elected to embed Clippero
2. Find the challenge you'd like to enter, and be sure to read the rules
3. Click Enter challenge
4. Create a Clippero account (or login, if you already have an account)
5. Upload your video/s from their phone or laptop and click submit (note the max. file size we support is 500mb per video)
6. Once entered your video will be processed before it appears on the challenge feed, and judges will be able to add a score
7. The participant will receive an email if the upload was successful or unsuccessful

If your participants are facing issues uploading, you can direct them to this help article with some pointers.

What happens once they enter:

1. We'll process their video. Once successfully processed, it'll appear on your Challenge feed. If there's an error with their file during processing, we'll shoot them an email to let them know
2. Once their video is processed, we'll send them a confirmation email to let them know that it was successful. The email is shown below:
3. Once in the feed, their video can now be judged (assuming judging is open)
